Since Mr. Swansen's admission to the bar in 1999, he has concentrated in litigation, including product-liability, premises-liability, and class-action litigation. Mr. Swansen participated in class-action cases alleging securities, antitrust, and consumer-fraud claims, such as In re: Universal Service Fund Telephone Billing Practices Litig.; Margulies v. The Guardian Life Ins. Co. of Am., and In re: Initial Public Offering Securities Litig.
