Throughout Mr. Goldman's professional career he has concentrated his practice in complex litigation involving violations of the federal securities laws, federal and state antitrust laws, and state consumer-protection statutes. Mr. Goldman is currently prosecuting securities fraud claims on behalf of institutional and individual investors against a pharmaceutical company alleged to have misrepresented the status of clinical drug trials, hedge funds that misrepresented the net asset value of investors' shares, and a high tech company that did not disclose declining sales in its initial public offering materials. In addition, Mr. Goldman is participating in litigation brought against international air cargo carriers charged with conspiring to fix fuel and security surcharges, and domestic manufacturers of air filters, OSB, flat glass and chocolate, also charged with price fixing. Mr. Goldman earned his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 1981 and his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1986. He is a member of the Pennsylvania bar.
